Wrapping Up an Engagement

As an engagement’s end date gets close, you’ll give the team a heads-up so Tutors receive their post-assessment instructions in time, and make sure the engagement closes out cleanly.

Closing the Program

Once a Program’s Active, its options menu shows Close Program instead of Start Program - this is the counterpart to starting a Program at the beginning of an engagement.

What’s on This Screen

  • Close Program, wraps up the Program now that the engagement is ending.
  • Duplicate, still available on an Active Program the same as a Pre-Launch one - creates a new Program pre-filled with this one’s details.
